Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. At INK+IVY Online Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. 

We have a 30-day return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of the original shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. 
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 
  • To begin the return process, please contact us at info@inkivyliving.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues 

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-refundable and non-exchangeable items 

Please note that returns are not accepted for clearance items (50+% off) or gift cards.
Additionally, international orders and orders shipped to Canada are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Please make sure to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is processed, placing a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Please be advised that return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
