Refund policy

At INK+IVY, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


General 30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund of the product price. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method up to 3 – 5 business days once the return is approved.

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Furniture & Oversized Items

Because furniture and oversized items are large and heavy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and can be significant.
If the order has already been shipped and the customer changes their mind and refuses delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs incurred.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect all items with the driver present before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery). Any visible carton damage must be clearly noted as “DAMAGED” by the driver on the POD. If the product is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

To qualify for a furniture/oversized item return:
- The item must be unused and undamaged
- The item must be repacked in the original packaging with all components included
- The package must be secured to avoid damage in transit

Any damage that occurs while being returned will be the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.


Alaska & Hawaii Orders

Returns from Alaska or Hawaii can be very difficult to arrange. Please review product details carefully before you place an order.
